1.The Dryer is constructed by 75mm x75mm x 3mm thick MS angle.
2.75mm Thick Glasswool Insulation is provided for prevention of heat loss.
3.Outer chamber is made of1.5mm thick MS Sheet & inner chamber is made of 1 mm thick MS Sheet.
4.½ HP 220 Volt 1440 RPM CG Make motor is used for operating the Blower.
5.Digital Temperature controller, On/Off switch, Indicating Lamp,MCB, Rotary On/Off switch Contactor etc. are used for a complete Automatic Panel Box.
6.6 nos.SS Tube Heater each capacity of 1 Kw is fitted in the Dryer.
7. Inner chamber is painted by Heat proof Paint & outer chamber is painted by special type spray painting.
