1.This type of Mixing machine is generally used for powder to powder mixing.
2.Onenos U shaped mixing tank is used in the machine.
3.2 nos 8mm thick MS side plate is fitted for strengthening the mixing Chamber.
4.The two side plates are cladded by 1.25mm thick SS 304 sheet.
5.The main U shaped mixing tank is also made of SS 304 quality 1.5 mm thick Sheet.
6.50mm Dia Solid SS 304 Round is Used & properly machined for Main Shaft.
7.40mm x 10mm thick SS 304 Quality Flat is fabricated as ribbon & welded with shaft.
8.In between Ribbons & Main Shaft 30mm Dia SS round is welded for holding the ribbons properly.
9.2 nos special type of bearing housing(Gun Metal bush.Bearing,Oilseal) Fitted in the both side of mixing tank.
10.2HP 220/440 Volt 1440 RPM Crompton Greaves Make Motor along with reputed Company make 30:1 Ratio Gear Box is used for smooth running & proper Load capacity of the machine.
11.75mm x 40mm x 6mm thick MS Channel is used for the structure of the machine.
12.MS parts are finished by spray painting & SS parts are finished by mirror polish.
